An iron infusion is an intravenous (IV) treatment that delivers iron directly into your bloodstream. It is used to replenish iron stores in people with iron deficiency or iron deficiency anemia when oral iron supplements are ineffective, not tolerated, or when rapid replacement is needed.

Consult Process

Medical Evaluation
Meet one-on-one with one of our medical providers to review your medical history, symptoms, current medications, and determine if an iron infusion is appropriate for you. ($50 consult fee)
Important: If you have not had iron studies completed within the past 3 months, you’ll first be scheduled for a lab draw. Once your results are available, you’ll return to meet with the provider to review your labs and develop your treatment plan. ($50 lab draw fee if no labs in last 3 months)

Iron Infusion Treatment
Once your consultation is complete and your provider determines you’re a candidate for treatment, your iron infusion can often be completed the same day. Relax in one of our comfortable infusion chairs while our experienced nursing staff administers your treatment and monitors you throughout the infusion to ensure your safety and comfort.
