The HOCATT. Your One Stop Health Machine.

HOCATT stands for: Hyperthermic-Ozone-Carbonic Acid-Transdermal Therapy… and yet, it’s still so much more. The HOCATT is designed to be a very powerful and effective detoxification and healing tool and it does this in extremely time sensitive steps, with each function compounding.

What is a HOCATT?

The HOCATT™ is a state-of-the-art, multi-therapy wellness system — and Infuzed IV Bar is proud to be one of the few locations in Pennsylvania offering this advanced technology.

This innovative therapy combines infrared heat, steam, and carbon dioxide (CO₂) to support detoxification, circulation, and cellular recovery. As your body gently heats up, it initiates a natural sweating response that helps support detox pathways and overall metabolic function.

At the same time, controlled CO₂ is introduced into the chamber. This process encourages pore dilation and improves oxygen delivery at the tissue level by enhancing the body’s natural oxygen-release mechanisms. As oxygen becomes more readily available to tissues, cells are better supported in essential functions related to recovery, circulation, and overall cellular health.

The result is a deeply relaxing, whole-body experience designed to support detoxification, tissue oxygenation, and recovery — all in one session.

How Does The Hocatt Work?

Each 30-minute session is designed for comfort and relaxation. You’ll sit comfortably inside the capsule with your head resting outside the top while steam, carbonic acid, and a carefully controlled blend of ozone and oxygen are gently infused into the chamber surrounding your body.

As your body temperature gradually rises through a safe, controlled warming process, circulation is stimulated and oxygen delivery throughout the body is enhanced. This supports natural sweating, increased blood flow, and the body’s innate detoxification pathways — helping promote cellular recovery, circulation, and overall wellness.

The result is a deeply restorative experience that supports detoxification, relaxation, and whole-body renewal.

What To Expect During Your Hocatt Experience?

Why Everyone Loves HOCATT™

One of the biggest perks of HOCATT™? It works hard without taking over your life. Each session is just 30 minutes, making it easy to fit into even the busiest schedules. Results vary based on goals, but many clients see incredible benefits with two to three sessions per week, while those focused on maintenance often come in once or twice a month to keep their edge.

Efficient. Powerful. No wasted time.

What to Expect During Your Session

We’ll walk you through everything before your first session so you get the maximum benefit from your treatment. When you arrive, you’ll be taken to a private changing area to get comfortable, then guided into the height-adjustable HOCATT™ chamber. You’ll sit comfortably with your head outside the capsule while your body relaxes into the experience.

A nasal cannula is placed gently around your neck, allowing you to breathe in humidified oxygen throughout the session to support oxygen saturation. Once the chamber is closed, you can fully relax as the system moves through its customized cycles — designed to support detoxification, circulation, and cellular recovery while stress and tension melt away.

Comfort matters here. Heat levels and modalities can be adjusted at any time — even mid-session. If you don’t want something on, it’s off. Just say the word.

After Your Session

Once your session ends, we recommend taking 10–15 minutes to relax and hydrate with at least 16 ounces of water before getting dressed. Because beneficial ozone messengers remain on the skin after treatment, we suggest avoiding showering for two to seven hours to allow your body to fully absorb the benefits.

To enhance your results even further, many clients take 1,000 mg of liposomal Vitamin C one to two hours post-session and continue hydrating regularly while their body detoxifies.

Am I a Good Candidate?

You don’t have to feel burned out or run-down to benefit from HOCATT™. Athletes use it to support recovery and performance. High performers use it to stay sharp. Health-minded clients use it to stay ahead instead of playing catch-up.

HOCATT™ is safe for most individuals. It is not recommended during menstruation or during the first trimester of pregnancy, but it is safe for those trying to conceive and for breastfeeding women. Certain modalities have contraindications, which is why we review your medical history beforehand — your safety always comes first.

The Bottom Line

If you need your body and brain operating at a higher level — physically, mentally, or both — HOCATT™ delivers. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing better.

Less stress. More recovery. Peak performance — the Infuzed way. 🔥

How Often Should I Use The Hocatt?

For Overall Wellness & Detox

This is where HOCATT™ really shines.

Maintenance Mode:
Most clients feel their best with 1–2 sessions per week to support overall wellness, immune health, and ongoing detoxification. Think of it as routine maintenance for your body — staying ahead instead of playing catch-up.

Next-Level Detox:
If you’re looking for a deeper reset, 3–4 sessions per week for a short period (2–4 weeks) can help your body clear built-up stressors and environmental toxins. This is a popular option after high stress, travel, illness, or toxin exposure.

Efficient. Strategic. No guesswork.

For Pain Management & Recovery

Acute Pain or Injury:
When pain flares or injuries happen, consistency matters. Some clients benefit from more frequent sessions early on, then tapering as the body responds. The goal is to support circulation, oxygen delivery, and recovery when your body needs it most.

Chronic Pain Support:
For ongoing pain or inflammation, 2–3 sessions per week can help support tissue recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve overall function over time. This is a favorite among athletes, high performers, and anyone tired of feeling limited by their body.

The Infuzed Take

There’s no one-size-fits-all schedule — and we wouldn’t do it that way anyway. Your frequency depends on your goals, your lifestyle, and how your body responds. We’ll help you dial it in so you get maximum benefit without overdoing it.

Smart recovery. Real results.
That’s how we do wellness at Infuzed. 🔥

What to Expect After a HOCATT™ Session

First of all — nice choice. You just gave your body a serious upgrade.

HOCATT™ is a powerful combination of heat, humidity, oxygen, and ozone designed to support detoxification, circulation, and cellular recovery. While many people feel great immediately, the real magic often continues unfolding over the next 24–48 hours.

Here’s what you can expect — and how to get the most out of your session.

Right After Your Session

Deep Relaxation
Most clients leave feeling calm, grounded, and relaxed — like their nervous system finally exhaled. The heat and sensory elements help promote relaxation and stress relief almost immediately.

Natural Energy Boost
Don’t be surprised if you feel refreshed or energized. Improved oxygen delivery at the cellular level can leave you feeling clear-headed and revitalized without the jittery crash.

Over the Next 24–48 Hours

Detox Support
HOCATT™ is designed to support the body’s natural detox pathways. As your system processes and eliminates waste, you may notice increased sweating, urination, or bowel movements. Some clients experience mild, temporary detox symptoms such as fatigue or a light headache — this is normal and typically short-lived.

Improved Circulation & Recovery
Enhanced blood flow and oxygen delivery may help reduce inflammation, stiffness, and discomfort. Many people report feeling lighter, looser, and more mobile in the days following their session.

Immune & Wellness Support
By supporting oxygen utilization and circulation, HOCATT™ may help reinforce overall immune function and leave you feeling more resilient and balanced.

How to Maximize Your Results

Hydrate Like It’s Your Job
Water is essential. Drink consistently before and after your session to support detoxification and recovery. Aim for steady hydration throughout the day.

Listen to Your Body
If you feel the urge to slow down, do it. Rest supports the detox process and helps your body integrate the benefits of the session.

Fuel Smart
Focus on whole, nourishing foods — lean proteins, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats — to support healing and cellular function.

Skip Alcohol & Go Easy on Caffeine
Alcohol and excess caffeine can interfere with detoxification. Give your body a break and let the process do its thing.

The Infuzed Take

HOCATT™ doesn’t just work in the moment — it keeps working after you leave. Trust the process, stay hydrated, and let your body do what it’s designed to do.

This is recovery done right. 🔥
