The HOCATT is a state-of-the-art, one-of-a-kind health machine (and we’re one of the only ones in Pennsylvania with one)! Using infrared light and steam, it heats your body up, starting the detoxification reaction. At the same time CO2 is filling the HOCATT chamber that you are sitting in, which has a few important effects on your body…
It forces your pores to dilate, and it makes your blood slightly acidic, forcing your red blood cells to dump the oxygen they carry into the surrounding tissues. By doing this, those tissues now absorb the oxygen and start healing faster than usual, as all cells in the body eat up oxygen and utilize it in all of your vital healing processes.
For each session (30 min), you’ll sit (very comfortably) inside the capsule with your head relaxed out of the top. Next, steam, carbonic acid, and a mixture of ozone and oxygen mixture will gently be infused into the chamber where your body rests.
