Dr. David Girardi, DO, aka Dr G serves as Medical Director and Obesity Medicine Specialist at Infuzed IV Bar, overseeing the clinic’s medical operations and comprehensive approach to health, wellness, and preventive care.

Dr. G specializes in obesity medicine and medically guided weight management, helping patients address weight and metabolic health through individualized treatment plans. His approach recognizes that successful weight management extends far beyond the number on the scale and may include nutrition, lifestyle modification, metabolic health evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and ongoing medical support.

In addition to obesity medicine, Dr. G provides physician oversight for Infuzed IV Bar’s expanding range of integrative and alternative wellness therapies. These services include IV nutrient therapy, peptide-based therapies, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, ozone therapy, iron therapy, hormone and metabolic health services, and other individualized wellness treatments offered within the clinic.

His role includes evaluating the medical appropriateness of treatments, developing and overseeing clinical protocols, collaborating with the Infuzed IV Bar healthcare team, and helping ensure patients receive thoughtful, medically supervised care.
